quick check-in excellent bathroom faulty key reset procedure
The check in was quite quick. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was excellent . It had a great shower.
the room key stopped working almost every day , it was inconvenient. i had to go to the reception to have it reset each time.

friendly staff tidy room convenient location
the front desk staff was cute and friendly. my room was tidy and it had everything i needed for my short stay. the location is very convenient and transfer organization was fast. the room cleanliness was up to the mark and the bathroom amenities were excellent
i noticed a delay in receiving my requested bathing amenities which arrived three hours later.

a somewhat unremarkable stay
rip off expensive transport
the location near the airport was acceptable , which was convenient for my travel plans.
the airport transport charges was like a complete rip-off. they wanted an exorbitant amount for a short ride, about £25. i ended up using an uber for around £3 , a significant difference.

decent enough stay, some issues though
My room change was handled poorly. It took hours because of communication issues. staff gave conflicting information and didn't follow through with requests. this lack of coordination impacted my overall experience.

the location is convenient near the airport. the executive lounge had cocktail hours with a good liquor selection.
i stayed for three nights. i requested an upgrade to a suite room, but the reception staff started quoting a price per night (it seemed like a trick).

spacious suite breakfast variety efficient staff supportive team
i found the superior king suite spacious and well-kept! the breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of options. the staff addressed every need efficiently, this included the floor executive, nem kumar. i recommend this hotel to friends, family, and companies planning business meetings.
