the front desk staff was cute and friendly. my room was tidy and it had everything i needed for my short stay. the location is very convenient and transfer organization was fast. the room cleanliness was up to the mark and the bathroom amenities were excellent
i noticed a delay in receiving my requested bathing amenities which arrived three hours later.

the location near the airport was acceptable , which was convenient for my travel plans.
the airport transport charges reminded me of a complete rip-off. they wanted an exorbitant amount for a short ride, about £25. i ended up using an uber for around £3 , a significant difference.

My room change was handled poorly. It took hours because of communication issues. staff gave conflicting information and didn't follow through with requests. this lack of coordination impacted my overall experience.
